Restaurant Style Beef Steak Sandwich Recipe
Meaty Eid is around the corner and almost everyone is done with the same old beef dishes. Who doesn’t like sandwiches? and what about beef steak sandwiches? Yes, you heard it right! you don’t need to go to a fancy restaurant to enjoy your delicious beef steak sandwich as you can make it at home and it will as delicious as the restaurant’s one.
Ingredients :
- Beef undercut 2 (150 gms each)
- For Steak Marination:
- Garlic ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Black paper 1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard paste ½ tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Focaccia bread 1
- Tomato slice 4
- Iceberg (as required)
- Cheese slice 1
Directions :
- Marinate undercut with garlic, mustard paste, salt, oregano, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and oil. Mix it all and leave for 1 hour.
- Heat grill pan, add little oil, and grill undercut till tenderized from both sides.
- Cut bread from the center and grill.
- Grill tomato slices with oregano and salt.
- Now spread mustard paste and mayonnaise on bread’s both sides and put iceberg slice.
- Cut undercuts into strips and place beef strips on the lower part of bread, place grilled tomato slices.
- Place cheese slice and cover the upper part of the bread cut triangle and serve.
