MGM unleashed the official trailer for this fall’s The Addams Family 2 sequel, providing a glimpse at Morticia, Gomez, and the rest of the creepy and kooky clan as they make their way across the country on a road trip vacation.

Featuring the voices of Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, Nick Kroll, Javon ‘Wanna’ Walton, Wallace Shawn, with Snoop Dogg, Bette Midler, and Bill Hader, The Addams Family 2 is set for an Oct 1 debut in theaters.

The official synopsis: Everyone’s favorite spooky family is back in the animated comedy sequel, The Addams Family 2. In this all-original movie, we find Morticia and Gomez distraught that their children are growing up, skipping family dinners, and totally consumed with “scream time.” To reclaim their bond they decide to cram Wednesday, Pugsley, Uncle Fester, and the crew into their haunted camper and hit the road for one last miserable family vacation. Their adventure across America takes them out of their element and into hilarious run-ins with their iconic cousin, It, as well as many new kooky characters. What could go wrong?

Directed by Greg Tiernan and Conrad Vernon, the MGM sequel to 2019’s feature is produced by Gail Berman, Conrad Vernon, Danielle Sterling, and Alison O’Brien, and an exec produced by Kevin Miserocchi, Jonathan Glickman, Cassidy Lange, Aaron L. Gilbert, and Jason Cloth. United Artists Releases will distribute.
