Mutton Chops Recipe

Looking for a delicious post-eid dinner recipe? Then try this Mutton Chops Masala Recipe with spicy mutton chops cooked in a caramelized onion, yogurt, and tomato gravy, with few ingredients, yet bursting with flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Mutton chops
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Roasted& crushed
  • 1 tsp Coriander roasted& crushed
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Green chili Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili crushed
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • ½ cups Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Pomace olive Oil
  • ½ cup Onion fried& crushed
  • Green coriander for garnishing

Cooking Method

  1. In a bowl, add mutton and all ingredients. Mix to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 2 hours to blend flavors.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated mutton chops.
  3. Cover the pan and let it simmer on medium-low flame for 1 hour or until the meat is tender and all water dries up.
  4. Dish it out.
  5. Garnish with green coriander.
  6. Mutton Chops Masala is ready to serve.
